Cookie policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This policy explains which cookies Ticketle ("we", "us", or "our") uses on the website at https://www.ticketle.net and its related country-specific domains (the "Service"). Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

We set no advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones the Service needs in order to work, which is why you are never asked to accept cookies here: there is nothing optional to accept.

1. Cookies We Set

  • Ticketle.Session holds a technical session identifier. It keeps your visit consistent across pages and protects the ticket links from automated scraping. It carries no name, email, or profile, and it disappears when you close your browser.
  • Ticketle.Language remembers the language you picked, so the Service still speaks it on your next visit. It is written only if you change the language, and it lasts one year.
  • Antiforgery cookie, whose name starts with .AspNetCore.Antiforgery, protects forms on the Service against cross-site request forgery.

Browsers also offer similar technologies, such as local storage, which the Service does not use.

2. Analytics Without Cookies

To see how the Service is used we rely on Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. It reports only aggregated figures, such as how many people opened a page, and those cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.

3. Security and Third Parties

The Service runs behind Cloudflare, which speeds up delivery and shields us from malicious traffic. When it runs a security check it may set its own cookies, such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm, governed by Cloudflare's own policies. We embed no advertising networks, social widgets, or third-party trackers. When you open a "get tickets" link you continue to a seller's own website, where that seller's cookie policy applies.

4. Managing Cookies

Any browser can block or delete cookies, and its help pages explain how. Since the cookies we set are strictly necessary, blocking them breaks parts of the Service: your language may not be remembered, forms may stop working, and ticket links may refuse to open. As we set no analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing else to opt out of.

5. Changes and Contact

We will revise the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. Questions about cookies go to [email protected].
