Terms of use

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website at https://www.ticketle.net and its related country-specific domains (the "Service"), operated by Ticketle ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Ticketle is a ticket-discovery and aggregation platform. We compile and display information about events and direct users to third-party ticket sellers and marketplaces ("Partners") where tickets may be available for purchase. We are not a ticket seller, box office, promoter, venue, or event organiser, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a Partner. All ticket purchases are made directly with the relevant Partner and are subject to that Partner's own terms, conditions, prices, fees, and policies.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on the Service are affiliate or referral links. When you click a "get tickets" link and complete a purchase with a Partner, we may receive a commission or other compensation, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the prices you pay, which are set entirely by the Partner.

3. Accuracy of Information

Event information displayed on the Service — including dates, times, line-ups, venues, availability, and prices — is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We do not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of any such information. You are responsible for confirming all event and ticket details directly with the Partner or organiser before making a purchase or travel arrangements.

4. No Warranties; "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Service is accurate or complete.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ticketle or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party, including any Partner; (iii) any tickets, events, goods, or services obtained through a Partner; or (iv) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Third-Party Sites, Partners, and Transactions

The Service contains links to Partners and other third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We assume no responsibility for the content, products, prices, fees, policies, availability, or practices of any third party. Any dispute regarding a ticket purchase — including issues of pricing, delivery, refunds, cancellations, authenticity, or event changes — is solely between you and the relevant Partner. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third party before transacting.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

We have no control over events listed on the Service and are not responsible for any event being postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or modified, or for any refund associated with such changes. Refunds, where available, are handled solely by the Partner or organiser in accordance with their policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
  • infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ticketle and its licensors, and are protected by the laws of Ukraine and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ticketle and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The courts located in Ukraine shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, you and Ticketle waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where a change is material, provide additional notice where required by law. By continuing to use the Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, governmental action, or failures of telecommunications or third-party services.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
